HOW TO CHOOSE THE HEIGHT OF AERIAL HOOP?
- If you are not sure which size you need, a basic measurement is to sit on a chair and measure from the seat to the top of your head, then add 5cm (eg. chair to top of head is 80cm, then you might need a 85cm aerial hoop). Note: this refers to the Inner diameter.
